The religious pastors and elders often preach to believers that any preaching that says the Lord has come in the flesh is false. They base this on the Bible verses: “Then if any man shall say to you, See, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. We now have no idea how we should discern the true Christ from false ones, so please answer this question.

Answer:

    The Lord Jesus did indeed foretell that there would be false Christs and false prophets in the last days. This is a fact. But the Lord Jesus also clearly prophesied many times that He would come back. Don’t we believe this? When examining the prophecies of the Lord Jesus’ return, many people give priority to being wary of false Christs and false prophets, and spare no thought to how to welcome the arrival of the Bridegroom, and how to hear the voice of the Bridegroom. What’s the issue here? Isn’t it a case of not eating for fear of choking, of being penny-wise and pound-foolish? In fact, no matter how we guard against false Christs and false prophets, if we do not welcome the return of the Lord, and we cannot be taken before God’s throne, we are foolish virgins who are eliminated and forsaken by God, and our belief in the Lord is an utter failure!

How can you pursue the truth so that you are not taken in by lies? What are the principles of practice? (2)

Some people listen to so many of God’s words, yet when they listen to one sentence of the great red dragon’s negative propaganda, they start to be suspicious all of a sudden. It is as if God’s words are not true and the work that God does is false. Do these kinds of people have faith in God? This is not faith. Look at the faith of Abraham and Job. That is genuine faith. They did not have any notions no matter what God said! What are the most important words that Peter spoke? “Even if God were playing with humans like they were toys, how would humans be able to complain? What’s the big deal with the great red dragon spreading rumors? “Even if all the things that the entire religious world and the great red dragon say were true, I would still believe in Almighty God.” Is this a genuine faith? This is what a genuine faith is like. Why do you need to believe in this manner? You can see that God is real. You can see that the things that God says are true. You can see God doing the work of perfecting man. This is why even if what the great red dragon says were true, God would still be God. God will forever be God! Someone asked, “Now, is it the case that no matter what God does, He is still God?” Correct. This is how it is. If He throws your child into a well, is He still God? Would you still believe? Let’s say you have two children. With one word, God lets your two children die. Would you still believe? If God lets your entire family perish in an earthquake, would you still believe? You all say that you would still believe. Why would you still believe? Isn’t it because this does not affect the essence and the reality that God is still God? God is God. No matter how many good things that Satan does, it is still Satan. No matter how many things God does that are not in accordance with man’s notions and no matter how many times He destroys mankind, He is still God. Isn’t this a genuine knowledge of God? Someone asked, “Then how do you tell the positive from the negative?” What are positive things and what are negative things? What is correct, and what is wrong? What is true and what is false? How do we differentiate these things? What God says is the truth. God is the truth. All the things that Satan says and does are evil. That is why everything that Satan does and says is fallacy. They are all negative. It is fine if you define these things in this way. No matter how many things Satan does that people think are good, it is still Satan. No matter how many things God does that destroy and punish mankind, He is still God. Isn’t this an objective fact? It is an objective fact. I’ll give you an example. Regardless of why your father hits you, he is still your father. No matter how he scolds you, he is still your father. No matter how he treats you, he is still your father. If he treats you well, he is still your father. If he does not treat you well, he is still your father. If he gives you money to spend, he is still your father. If he does not give you money to spend, he is still your father. Isn’t this the case? Why do I say this? It is a fact that he is your father. If he actually is your father, then what he does is not related at all to this fact. Nothing that he does can cause this fact to be untrue. This is the correct way to see things. One day you will know whatever comes from God, everything that God does or says is the truth. All of it is positive. Is it good to experience God’s work in this way? Everyone says it is good. If you always try to define God, you will never be able to know God. Once you learn how to obey God, you will be able to know God. This is the secret to obtaining the truth!

What Does Christianity’s Frenzied Opposition to Christ Show?

Amongst the many Christian denominations, each has their own teachings and understanding, what their believers practice and observe are different, and they each stick to their own views and refuse to give in to each other. However, they happen to hold the same view and speak with one voice on how to treat the second incarnate Christ and God’s work of the last days. They need only hear things like “The Lord Jesus has returned to flesh,” “God has done new work,” or the phrase “the Eastern Lightning” and they will deny, condemn and renounce it without hesitation, calling God’s work of the last days heresy. They frantically oppose and obstruct God’s work, and do their utmost to seal off the churches. Particularly, they do everything possible to make things difficult for, drive away, insult and verbally abuse the brothers and sisters who preach the gospel of the last days, and even beat them up and send them to the hands of those in power. These circumstances are just like how the Pharisees opposed the Lord Jesus, even worse than then.

Why do people who so anxiously long for the return of the Lord Jesus frenziedly oppose and reject His return? Why are people who have enjoyed measureless grace and love of Jesus Christ able to hate His return so much? Why do people have to drive Christ from among man? Why will people not rest until they have put God incarnate to His death? What is the reason for this? What problem does this illustrate? I would like to address my simple personal understanding of this issue from the following aspects:

The Chinese Communist Party Sees Christ as a Regular Person. Where Is Their Mistake?

In The Internationale, it clearly said, “There has never been any savior of the world.” You insist on witnessing the advent of Christ the Savior. How can the CCP not condemn you? In our opinion, the Jesus whom Christians believe in was an ordinary man. He was even nailed on the cross. Even Judaism did not recognize Him as Christ. Isn’t this the fact? The incarnate Almighty God in the last days that you witness is also an ordinary person in fact. The CCP’s documents describe it clearly that He has a surname and first name. This is also a fact. Why do you witness that such an ordinary person is Christ, the appearance of God? Humph! It is really incredible! What exactly is God and the appearance and work of God? Does it mean that the mere expression of the truth and doing the work of God are the appearance of the true God? This is what we will never accept. If God can perform miracles and wonders, destroy the CCP and all those who resist Him, then we will recognize Him as the true God. If God appears in the sky, makes a thunderous roar that frightens the entire human race, that is the appearance of God. Then our CCP will recognize Him. Where Does Eastern Lightning Come From?

       Most followers of the Lord Jesus Christ hear about the Eastern Lightning from their pastors, elders, or preachers, but in actuality no one knows where the Eastern Lightning came from. When it comes to the origin of the Eastern Lightning, everyone has their own opinion: Some people believe it is nothing more than a new denomination in Christianity, others decry it as “heresy” or an “evil cult.” People have these absurd ideas because they don’t know the work of God.

God’s work is forever moving forward. Man doesn’t recognize the principle that God’s work is always new and never old or that the purpose of God’s work is to save man, and what’s more, man has an arrogant and headstrong satanic disposition. That’s why each time God begins new work He will always be met with blasphemy, persecution, and accusations from the religious world that stubbornly clings to the old way. As for those who accept God’s new work and spread the true way, they are heaped with all manner of groundless accusations and foul names. The New Testament of the Bible recorded this truth: In order to save man from the risk of being punished for not being able to keep the law, God became flesh and began the work of redemption in the Age of Grace. At that time, when the Lord Jesus was doing His work in Judea performing many miracles—healing the sick and driving out demons—He bestowed upon the people bountiful graces and He expressed many truths, doing enough to prove that He was truly and completely God Himself, that He was the Messiah as foretold. But the Jewish chief priests and scribes and the Pharisees wouldn’t believe that He was their long-awaited Messiah, and instead slandered Him, judged Him, and convicted the Lord Jesus’ work as “heresy” and a “cult.” It was in Nazareth that the Lord Jesus was raised and began His work, and that is why they gave Him and all His followers the moniker of the “sect of the Nazarenes,” and accused the apostle Paul of being a ringleader (ref. Act 24:5). What does this tell us? Our brothers and sisters who believe in the Lord know that the Lord Jesus’ work in Judea was carried out wholly according to the management plan of God Himself in order to start the Age of Grace and begin the new work of redeeming man. No matter Jew or Gentile, Zealot or Sadducee, anyone truly thirsting for and seeking the true way could obtain absolution by following the Lord Jesus, the one true God. God never needed to nor did He ever establish any denomination, organization, or sect, let alone this “sect of the Nazarenes.” So, the heresy, that is this “sect of the Nazarenes,” is actually a rumor made up to attack and frame the Lord Jesus and condemn His work—a rumor fabricated by the chief priests and scribes and the Pharisees “serving” Jehovah God in the temple. Finally, it was due to the deceit and control of these “people serving God” that the Jewish people followed them to nail the Lord Jesus to the cross, offending God’s disposition and incurring God’s punishment, bringing about 2000 years of destruction to Israel.

Why Does the Chinese Communist Party Force Christians to Join the Three-Self Church?

Hou Xiangke (Chief of the Public Security Bureau): Han Lu, you must know that the Communist Party is an atheist party and started out from revolution. The Communist Party is most inimical to God and God’s word. The truth that you accept and the path that you walk are hated the most by the Communist Party. As believers of God, the path we take is the right path of life, but you want us to accept the Communist Party’s United Front and join the Three-Self Church, where does this come from? You know that the Three-Self Church is entirely controlled by the Chinese Communist government, whose pastors are appointed by the government, the Church is not allowed to teach the pure truth of the Bible, the way of spiritual life, and the prophecy of Revelation. It is not allowed to talk about loving God and obeying God. It is only allowed to talk about loving the country and Church, making a fortune, glorifying God while benefiting people, and only allowed to talk about obeying those in power. How is this believing in God? Can the truth be received this way? Our belief in God is to pursue the truth, shed our corrupt disposition, and become a person with the truth and humanity who can receive God’s salvation and happy destination. If we go by the Communist Party’s requirements to follow the wrong path of the Three-Self’s love for country and Church, then we won’t be able to receive the truth and shed our corrupt disposition. How can we still receive the salvation of God then? Therefore, the Communist Party wants to control those who believe in God to make us believe in God fully according to the requirements of the Communist Party. This is unacceptable. This is interfering with religious freedom, a soft kill of souls.

Christians’ Inner Voice: Do Believers in God Really Not Care About Their Families

Mu Xinping(The wife of the minister of a municipal United Front Work Department): Oh, Yi, Rui, mom wants to talk to you about something. Mom also knows it is good to believe in God. It lets people take the right path. So, after you have believed in God, mom has been particularly relieved and no longer worried that you guys may go astray. But I see the government’s documents say, like some people who believe in Jesus, those who believe in Almighty God abandon their families in order to preach the gospel. Some people don’t even get married for a lifetime. The documents also say that the government wants to detain a group of people who believe in Almighty God and kill another group. Killing them means nothing. There is something else like “Troops won’t be withdrawn …” right, “until the ban is done.”  Many believers of Almighty God were arrested, imprisoned, wounded and crippled by the CCP. Some people even lost their jobs and their families were ruined. This has drawn a lot of criticism that people who believe in God do not want their families. Yi, Rui, do you say this is true? I have to tell you, you can’t abandon your family or give up marriage. If this is how you really believe in God, mom advises you not to believe in Almighty God, okay?

If you really knew that God’s appearance and work is for the salvation of man, you would believe in God and follow God too. We should hope for the Lord’s return based on the prophecies that He Himself spoke. That is the most standard way of waiting for the Lord’s return. Who are you quoting, really? Are you quoting the Lord’s words or the words of men? “Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air,” who said that? Are those the Lord Jesus’ words? The Lord Jesus never said anything like that. The Holy Spirit never said that, either. The words you believe in and quote are Paul’s words. Do Paul’s words represent the Lord Jesus’ words? Can he represent God? Only God knows the answer to this mystery. If we corrupt humans dare to make blind interpretations and judgments like this, that's a serious problem. Paul was not Christ. He was only an ordinary corrupt person. His writings are full of impure human ideas and imaginings. His words are not the truth, so we cannot use them as proof. All proof should be based on God’s words in the Bible. That is in line with the truth. It’s wrong to investigate the rapture and entry into the kingdom of heaven based on the words of people in the Bible, especially Paul, and not based on the Lord Jesus’ words, because only the Lord Jesus’ words are the truth; only His words have authority. Only the Lord Jesus is Christ, the King of the heavenly kingdom. Why don’t you search in the Lord Jesus’ words for the truth and God’s will? Why do you use the words of men as the basis of your search instead? Is this in accordance with the Lord’s will? This makes you prone to following man and walking down your own path. God made mankind out of clay. He tasked them with doing their duty on earth and managing the rest of His creations. He demanded that they obey, worship, and honor Him, and mandated that their place was on the earth, not in heaven. Moreover, God told us long ago that He would establish His kingdom on earth. Besides, He will dwell with us humans on earth and the kingdoms of earth must be transformed into kingdoms ruled by Christ. Therefore, God’s kingdom will eventually be established on earth, not in heaven. Many people are always looking to be raised into heaven. That is their own conception and imaginings, their own fanciful desire. It is not at all in accordance with the truth or the fact of God’s work.
